In the recent years the trend for online education started gaining its popularity, challenging the effectiveness of classroom teaching. While some think that the disadvantages of online education outweight its convenience and quick delivery, I believe that online teaching is the more effective learning method.
Traditional classroom teaching is a trusted learning method that thousands of pupils rely on. Although this method is known to prevent misunderstandings during the teaching process, personal bias against the educator or the student might affect the class far more negatively. Situations where a student dislikes their teacher occur quite often and are considered harder to solve in person compared to online platforms with ready-to-lead educators. Thus, the traditional approach often lacks the range of proffesionals required to meet the student’s wishes.
Online education ,on the other hand, is a newly introduced learning method. Often the knowledge taught in online schools is overlooked due to distrust to the resources employed by educators. Though that is a real concern, the online format is evidently more convenient as it offers flexibility on scheduling and does not require any passage unlike the traditional classroom teaching. Therefore, people who favor online education like myself prioritize the accessability and undermind the possible unreliableness of the gained information.
To conclude, online platforms and classroom lessons both have advantages and drawbacks. In spite of this, they remain beneficial if used appropriately. Personally, I choose the convenience of online schools , even though I admit the traditional method to be more reliable.
