Although CEOs of many companies are likely to be older individuals, some people think that young people can be better leaders. I partially agree with this notion, since not only the young leaders tend to be more enthusiastic but also they might create a better office environment because of their communication skills;Nevertheless, it is undeniable that the older people are more experienced than young leaders.
The most important consideration is the fact that young leaders are considered more motivated. As a general rule, people who just started the job tend to do their best. That’s why young bosses try to develop the company by applying new standards. They are open to the latest innovations. This, in turn, has a positive effect on the development of the company.
In addition to this, young leaders are good at communication. Now the majority of employees are young. When the leader is young, it is easier to create communication. This in turn, can help to establish a positive job environment.
On the other hand, it is also possible to make the opposing case. It is often argued that in fact, older leaders are likely to be more experienced. They face many difficult situations during their careers. This taught them how they must respond professionally to every circumstance.
In conclusion, although the experience of older leaders are significant in workplaces, I believe that young people make better bosses since they are good at communication and tend to be open to the latest innovations.
