I believe that younger bosses can create comfortable environment for employees and be more durable than the older chiefs which can significantly increase work efficiency.
Firstly , younger bosses can create comfortable working environment by being in the same atmosphere as their workers. In that system employees can manage well all their project, plans and tasks , because younger leaders tend to understand their problems and might increase their mood. As an example, my uncle Jordan who is 24 years old runs a retail business in Almaty , created a positive atmosphere between colleagues and him and made 25% more profit than the last 55 years old boss did.
