In this essay I would discuss the reason and the solution of this problem.

On the one hand, Cars are the convenient and safest mode of commuting, it not only saves travel time but also provide luxury and privacy. Moreover, People prefer to use motor vehicle when going out specially with family, as it gives them like a freedom to spend time with family ,rather than to travel in Public Transport. In addition keeping cars is the status symbol these days and some frequently upgrade vehicles , which surely create demand and pollution also.

On the other hand, There are several measures could be adopt to tackle such problems, such as to Spread awareness among people and encouraging them to use public transport or car pool, To add to it, Authority has to provide clean fuel or other alternative which is less threat to environment , with this , they could provide luxury travel option in economic price to attract citizens towards public transport, For instance , A city in one country uses odd even days to drive vehicle to reduce environment damage and alternatively they provided a luxury public transport.

To conclude, It is necessary to use vehicle for work and travel and for economic growth. In contrast, every one has a responsibility to use it wisely to keep environment in good condition and pollution free.
