The maps demonstrates the current situation of the industrial place in the Norbiton and the advanced project for the future.

Overall, the future plans illustrates the steps that have been taken towards city construction. The factories that are found now are planned to exchange for housing for the future development. Therefore, it gives information that the development project would be according to future citizens and their needs.

The map that illustrates the current situation of the area is surrounded by the factories. It is seen that on west side there is a border line. The border line separates the town from the area. Moreover, a river which is between a farmland and area is seen on north. Even though there are factories in the place in the center there is a big circle for the road.

In the advanced project, the river is divided for road. This road provides a transportation for a house which is planned to be built in the farmland. It is clear that the factories would be changed to houses and other places such as medical center and school. Furthermore, a playground and shops are planned to added in this location. For a better transportation facilities there would be more roads and a smaller road circle below to the big one.
