To master plans (present and plan for future development) show the changes of features in the town of Norbitone.

Basically, at present Norbitone town is designed for industrial use but in future development plan it will transform in a well-designed housing area.

First map shows at the North side there is a farmland for cultivation and a river flows down from west to east side or vice versa without any destruction. But in second map this phenomenon will be changed by farmland will be decreased and Housing state and road will be constructed on the past permanent area. Again, flowing river will be cut off for road construction that will be used for communication of housing area which will be newly built Northern side of the river.

In Southern portion factories are located adjacent to the road network specially a roundabout.

But in improvement strategy there will be constructed Apartments beside Road Network and added some extra facilities like playground, school at eastern part, medical centre and shop at middle of the plan. At a glance of the two plans, it illustrates that area will completely different from each other as Economic Zone turned into a residential area.
