Some generations ago, humanity used to have more active life, therefore, they were rather fit. However, these days, the amount of people who have obesity problems considerably increase. In my point of view, although, there are several reasons for this, the problem could be solved. This essay will explore the details in more depth and I will try to find some solutions.
One of the main causes of this issue is that in our modern life the nummerous types of junk food is appeared. As a consequence, many overeat and begin to suffer from an overweighting. It is common these days for everybody to eat fast food or outside. To address this problem, the responsibility is on people, who come across with obese, they coulld encourage themselves to reduce consuming fats and broaden their diet by adding some healthy products, such as vegetables, fruits and berries to it. And as a result these individuals will feel much better.
Second reason is sedentary lifestyle and lazyness. Nowadays, after the covid-19 pandemic most of jobs became remote, so workers now is sitting more than they useed to and after their jobs most employees have no energy and desire to workout. So people, who are working at offices, are more prone to overweighting. The solution is for the local authorities to make speciall breakes and areas for working out for their staff. In this case, people will have an oportunity to recharge their brains and there will be huge rise in their productivity.
Another cause is the genetic predisposition to obesity. Such people could be both fat and not. Even if some have active life and balansed diet, they still could have problems with obesity. To tackle this issue, the government should organise special medical costless check up to discover this problem or at least discount cards for such examinations. People then will be more aware about their health, what will help them to change their life.
To sum up, there is far more people who are obese today than it was in the past, due to the reasons such as the junk food, the sedentary lifestyle and the genetic. My view is that the main responsibility for solving the problem lies with people themselves, the local authorities and the government.
