These days people are living in a rather faster paced life, invariably faster life pace is bringing us considerable stress. In the following paragraphs I would suggest three remedies to cope with and alleviate our stress.
It is inevitable to confront stresses from work in today’s corporate world where people compete to maintain a good performance and attain business success. It’s advisory to take short breaks to take the mind off stressful matters. When on weekends or on holidays we can always entertain ourselves with a pleasant short trip to those places we have often dreamed of visiting. This can be seen as a get-away, as the proverb says “out of sight, out of mind”. When we return to work, we will feel refreshed and passionate again.
For some people who don’t have the opportunities to go for a trip, I would suggest exercise or medication. Exercise can help us not only work off calories, but also help relieve the stresses and the strain of the brain. Meditation is a way to clear our mind so that we can feel less worried but focus only on the contemporary moment.
Lastly, evidence from my personal experience proves that lavishing ourselves with some delicious food, especially sugary food, can be of help to mitigate our stress and pressure, as sugary food releases chemical substance during the digestive process, this chemical substance then generates happy emotions in the brain that counteracts stressful emotions in the mind.
