Gaining achievements of company is dependent on workers performance and Companies can increase the performance of workers in many ways. I agree with this view due to the creative and honest workers.
The more employment can lead the human-kind to move beyond the rudimentary grasp of this world. Moreover, one of the vitally important aspects of this world is workplaces and companies. Workplaces are main strength of this glob and maintain the piece of the human-being, in this case, Employees are core of the company and every single thing relies on workers. The reason for the success of employers is the creative and trustworthy workers. For instance, many creative employees can invent new products which would be cost-efficient and well-known among consumers. Additionally this tendency can bring fame and fortune for the companies because of innovations and design in products.
Furthermore, performance of the stuff can be increased easily by employers. From my perspective, money has a power to encourage people to work efficiently than they used to do; financial problems might impact on the workers negatively. It might cause to stress and deep depression. This may prevent performance of stuff from being efficient enough to gain, however, increasing amount of salary of people who is productive can engage the stuff to be one of the person who can get high salary.
