Overall, the area witnessed dramatic changes. There was the industrial area transformed totally, while the residential area was designed instead old Castle. Additionally, the north-easteRn aRea of the PoRt HaRbouR appeas to have been left undevdoped.
At can be seen that the pRevious haRboR in 2000 was made up of avarage lacilities, such as fishing boards, and private yachts, compared to one in the present day. In 2000, notable features include a fishing babats on the west side nearly to the sea, one dock near to the north public beach, and west southern car park with main enterence via sonts road to lifeboat; alongside large area of tishing boats. Meannhile, the marina foR private yachts on the west-nort side of harbour was swapped with fishig baats area in the modern day.
In the south, the road previosty leading to car park and lifeboats zones wene was remanufactured to supply by cales and shops build next and a new road dinection was added. The unused castle backin
1000 Rebuild as a hotel and south public beach became as a private beach to facilitated a hotel visitoks. Finally, there was an additional showers and toilet complex right behind Redesingned car park in the south.
