Women participation in social sectors has contributed a significant part in many populations over the past five decades. However, these people do not believe that gender equality and justice are being gradually improved. I strongly agree with the idea that nations do not focus on the equitable achievements women made in the given timeframe.
In general, women nowadays play vital roles in workplaces. In the last 50 years, male domination over female decreased dramatically, giving women the opportunity to fight for what belongs to them. Furthermore, women make up 50 percent of workers in every workplace, which illustrates the notable trend of equality and justice for female employment. Similarly, women and girls who attend schools and universities are over 60 percent, which facilitates them to be dominant in future job markets. Illiterate females are also a very small number compared to women who lived 50 years ago.
On the other, numerous people often deny the accomplishments women achieved in the past five decades. Men often consider women to be less privileged when it comes to work performance and creativity. A number of governments invest more in men than in women believing that males are more creative and productive than females. I, however, tend to agree with the opinion that many nations are unaware of the growing developments women have recently accomplished.
In conclusion, even thought populations who live on this planet are negligent to confess the justice and equality females gained, they can not deny the data statistics show about how women are stimulating equitable society and growth. Women are definitely empowering themselves to gain high paying jobs everywhere around the world.
