In this ambitious world , education is a significant need for humans same as basic needs to survive . Few folks believe that it should be learned from educational institutions while others oppose it . In my opinion, while I accept the fact that academic excellence plays a vital role in achieving fame ; however, I also think that practical knowledge is indeed crucial. To commence, first and foremost reason to disagree with the notion is , in this competitive era, there are various jobs which cannot be attained without relevant experience . To elaborate nurses, as well as doctors, cannot get the specific position without necessary knowledge of the field. Furthermore, nowadays, companies hire those employees only which have necessary skills. Employers try to find those individuals which have better academic scores . By saying this what I mean is employers are looking forward to those who are highly qualified, since it would raise the standard of the firms as there would be more proficient people in the management .
Turning the other side of argument the first reason to agree is , although, University education is important, but there are various works in which we do not need any credentials . To explicate handicraft is a skill that can be learned from our ancestors . Practical knowledge is something which cannot be ignored . To cite an example ,the owner of the Burj Khalifa is not an engineer but still with his unwavering dedication and creativity, he made world’s largest building . Moreover there are masses who are highly educated but still do not have a job. Therefore, we can say that achievements depend on other factors such as dedication, determination, etc.
In conclusion, there is no doubt that we need knowledgeable skills besides we can perform some other works except any subjects like handicrafts , singing, dancing, etc . To achieve favorable results one needs inspiration instead of just a piece of paper . At last I neither agree nor disagree with this notion.
