Remote work means doing work orattending meetings online or through a gadget, which is very useful as well as very convenient to use. Although it doesn’t feel the same as interacting in person, it is quite helpful.
In my opinion, a traditional office environment is more effective, butthe increase in remote work is equally relevant too. We can do meetings and work from home through a gadget,which also allows us to get everything done on time and makes us faster,which is also the main feature of these. It should be regulated in mostemployment sectors, which makes it easier, faster, and more convenient.
On the other hand, it might not be as effective and competitive as atraditional office environment and may cause a lot of issues as well. Due to poor internet quality, it might lag orone may not be able to attend the main meetings or complete the main and important projects, which makes it very untrustworthy. Because of viruses, the projects and files may get erased and can’t be found in the future.
In conclusion, both are equally valid on both sides, but remote work might get more hype for its ease rather thana traditional office environment, but it won’t be as effective as a traditional office environment system.
