Nowadays, work has became essential part of human life, without work people cannot filling their wants and needs. at the moment, remote work one of the variety of work is going viral recently, especially caused by Corona Virus 19 In 2020, people afraid to work at office and prefer use video call application such as Zoom, Zaidi and google.
Some people argue, The rise of remote work has led to changes in traditional employment. This is true, according to my experience after Corona Disease i have so many friend work from home until right now, when i visited Bali in 2024 i also found several tourist from Australia, Rusia and United Kingdom doing remote work, they work in the morning by Zoom and in the afternoon they chill out in Kuta Beach.
In my opinion, the advantages of remote work outweight the disadvantages. for employer they no longer give sponsor or give nomination for recruitment, they just need open vacancy in the social media and the employees will call directly and work from overseas. for employees they will ease to find new opportunity than only in their country, people from emerging country with great skill will apreciate with high salary if he doing remote work.
However, remote work also have disadvantage especially for employer. if worker cannot discipline hard to give them advise or punishment. in addition employer should always monitoring everytime for make sure the quality control. but.
in conclusion, remote work is matter of choice and at the moment i feel the advantages outweight the disadvantages despite some people think otherwise.
