TV broadcasts, news or reports play a huge role in the life of society. Many think watching reports mainly dedicated to negative news or emergencies are detrimental. I completely do not agree with this , since these news may help to tackle some problems, and people have rights to know what is going on thier country.
I think reports are the easiest way for the residents to inform official about thier poor conditions. Because some officials pay attention to the local problems after the complaint. For example , there was a neglected old building of a hospital in my neighbourhood, consequently , some of local residents decided to invite one of the most popular TV program named “Millar”.
Additionally, there are some situations that we can not avoid reporting emergencies, otherwise it can be disaster for people. For instance, if frightening statistics or reports of the covid-19 were not reported in the quarantine period, people would not stay at home. Moreover , people living in the dangerous area have to know about the weather conditions like storms , hurricanes and tornados. For example , it will be very difficult if you do not about possibility of earthquake in the Japan .
To conclude , Although some people say that programs reporting more negative topics are harmful , I think they have more advantages like solving problems or informing about possible danger.
