There is currently a contentious argument over whether the values we acquire from our parents and family have a greater impact on our future success compared to the skills and knowledge gained at school. I totally agree with this opinion because family is the first social group we join and interact with, so it is natural that their values become part of our own. Family values form the foundation of our character and help us navigate through life’s challenges.
The main reason why I believe that the family is the initial social group we belong to and engage with is that from a young age, we observe and mimic our family members, learning what is considered acceptable behavior. This interaction creates a strong foundation that influences our attitudes and decisions throughout life. To illustrate, my parents esteem education and hard work, and they brought these values to my sister. As a result, she has been striving for academic success since childhood and has now become a good specialist in her profession.
Another reason why I support the notion thathousehold values lay the groundwork for our personality and assist us in overcoming the difficulties of life is because they instill vital moral principles, such as respect, responsibility, honesty, and kindness. These values guide our behavior, help us make decisions, and support us in difficult times.
In conclusion, I completely agree that the family is the first social circle we join and interact with, which naturally leads to their values becoming deeply embedded in us. Family values provide the foundation for our individuality and help us overcome life’s problems. Given this situation, it seems important to remember the importance of family values and traditions. They can be a source of strength and support throughout our lives.
