There is no denying despite doctor encouragement, there is a limited number of elderly people participating enough in regular physical activities. This essay will outline the underlying reasons before listing some suitable measures to tackle this reality.
The cap for these figures are primarily attributed to the lack of motivations or the biological perceptions. Time passes by, elderly people are day by day facing an exponential rise of pressure in their daily life. From then, a larger segment of old people now have the means to give up on doing these regular exercises. Additionally, some last generation’s dweller are more aware about these physical impact on their health status. For instance, vietnamese elderly dwellers are dodging these encouraged tasks as they feared it could damage their existing health issues like lung cancer or the erosion in pure bones. This outdated perception, combined with the lack of motivation, has supercharged the behaviors in dodging these suggested actions.
To effectively escalate the number of participants taking place in regular activities, the government should deploy a combination of public awareness campaigns and public exercising classes. On a campaign, local people should be provided with useful knowledge about the active impact which are brought from the exercise, thereby eliminating the outdated perceptions. For some European countries like Germany, the old generations tend to enjoy sports a lot as the German dwellers were soon taught a variety of benefits from these physical tasks. Additionally, public exercising classes might also contribute a lot in the process of encouraging the elderly to attend regular activities as they could be motivated and get instructed by the trainees.
To sum up everything has been stated so far, the limited segment of elderly dweller paying attention to some regular activities ascribed to the lack of motivation and the outdated biological perceptions. To curb this reality, the government should adopt a comprehensive strategy, opening more public awareness campaigns and public sport classes.
