Nowadays number of serious crimes are increasing year by year.To solve this problem people have two kind of views.First type of people believe that to solve this problem government needs to use death penalty to scare people from doing crimes.Other type of people think that other ways will be needed.This essay discuss both views and give my opinion.
On the one hand,having death penatlty could stop people by doing crimes even more.These days robbers and crimers could stop fearing from arresting because if one person get arrested by police officers and when he will get out from jail,he would stop fearing from getting arrested again because he would have already adapdet to atmosphere of jail.The only way to deterrent them from doing crime would be use death penalty.
On the other hand,There would be other ways to stop them from doing crime such as,change mentality of citizens and increase the security system of cities.To explain first opinion more cleary government need to change mentality of population.For example,if one city is the highest crime area there is something wrong with that citizens mentality.To change that problem government need to start from changing teaching system of education.They need to manipulate students psychology to love their country and hating crimes.To elaborate the second idea government need to improve security system of the cities which crime is widely separated.By doing that all things crime rate would be decreased because of safety by police officers and pure-minded citizens.
Considering all these factors in my opinion we need to use other ways like change peoples’ mentality and improve safety of cities instead of using death penalty as deterrent to crimers because that would not be from humanity.Inadditionly,using death penalty could not work as much as people expected because in USA has death penalty.However,the biggest crimes are happened in USA.
In conclusion,both of the ideas has their own advantages for stopping crimes, but in my opinion the second idea looks more key solution of this problem than first one because in terms of safety and mentality.
