When teachers’s salary does not fully covered in their monthly expenses and needs, leading to decrease in satisfaction and demand. This condition is result in lose of the teacher’s reputation among students.

In order to solve this serious issue, some actions can be taken. One of the most crucial long-term measure to this problem is to rise amount of salary. Mostly, higher salaries and additional rewards for teachers should be provided by the government . As a result, the teachers could try to teach with a new approach and dedication to his occupation. Another promising solution would be to have stricter rules by body authority or local council. As a consequence, the pupils of school think that, if I am rude to the teacher, I will be expelled and it is absolutely bad for my future.

In conclusion, although quality education is a serious issue of global concern it can be tackled by offering a competitive salary and the imposing stricter rules at schools.
