nowadays, many people make appointments with doctors to treat their health issues rather than support a healthy rhythm of life from the beginning. I believe that these types of problems can be solved by people themselves if they look after their health conditions.
A lot of people rely a responsibility of their well-being on the medical workers,due to the tight schedules.Generally many of them Just spot problems on that level that are too serious to tackle on their own.for instance a recent study suggests that one in three people make an appointment to doctor owing to the fact that they did not seek some negative changes with their conditions. In addition the majority of these cases occured because of lack of time.
some people have an another position,they agree that health is the most essential treasure which we need to save in advance instead of waste the time in doctors and hospitals. for example my sister who is very fit and never lead sedentary lifestyle visits doctors very rarely and never has had some big issues with well-being. It seems to me that it is the only right attitude which everybody needs to lead
To conclude people are divided into 2 categories those who use doctors services and those who maintain life personally .in my opinion person who take care of health can spot problems readily.Furthermore does not need to waste time in doctors
