Nowadays, in many parts of our world, humans do not want to get a profession as a teacher, specifically teach children between the ages of 11 and 18. This essay will discuss the possible causes for this increasing problem among teachers and people. Additionally, suggesting the possible consequences that may result in case of this individuals’ hopelessness.
Generally speaking, the first common reason is that most of teachers show themselves from bad side in the school teaching pupils with yelling and maybe corporal punishment. Although people with this job sometimes may have better temper than earlier, children always remember how teachers chose the approach to teach them. To tackle the problem, the government should replace huge number of teachers to young ones who will have greater and newer attitude to expounding unknowing information to pupils.
Second main problem that, in many countries, teachers have so small salary, because the government underestimates this job, due to this most people do not want to link their life with this profession. Nonetheless, they just admire to explain school material and answering to the questions. The way forward might be to increase teachers’ salary to more significant one.
Third main problem that people with this job have to work hard and so many hours, because of getting ready for the lesson, checking homework, and making some curious exercises for attracting children’s attention. In addition, they must stay late at school and work at home, where they need relax with family and escape from the work, due to this, they are exhausted and irritated and give horrible impact to pupils, and their family. This problem could be solved by appointing more assistants for teachers’ helping.
To sum up, this profession became less interesting gor individuals, and causes of this are teachers’ behavior earlier, low income, and hard working. My view is that the main responsibility for tackling this issue lies between pupils, parents and government.
