I am agree that male leaders, in historically, offtenly bring violence and conflict to civilization. Because most of male leaders have pathriarchal thinking in their culture. Male leaders often see woman have no place inside the system. They thought woman cannot lead the community because they are more emossional and have no power to convincing people. This pathriarchal thinking makes every woman in marginal position and have no place to rising their voice.
Whereas, man also have similar characteristics with women on the way they lead the community. Man have pride that if he face any threat that will be damage their pride, they will act emossionally. Male leaders offten short thinking and always shows to anyone that he has a power to subdue anyone who became their threat.
On the other hand, woman, in my opinion, is more manageable to control their emossion. furthermore, woman is more calculation than man. Many business always have woman who have role to manage the company finances. They more conscientious that lead them to prevent any mistake and make them more wise than man.
Moreover, female leaders tend to prioritize inclusivity and collaboration. This brings environment where diverse voices are heard and respected. This style of leadership strengthens the bonds of the community and encourages long-term solutions rather than short-term solutions. By emphasing wisdom, empathy, and careful calculation, women leader can offer a more balanced and sustainable approach to governance.
Therefore, recognizing and empowering women in leadership is not only matter of equality but also a pathway to more peaceful, inclusive, and effective societies.
