In today’s challenging world, unemployment is something that can be seen around every corner of the world. Not in a specific field of study but in all areas. In this essay I will discuss both the problems and the strategies to overcome the problem of unavailability of jobs
In particular, the major factor that affects the employment rate is the high requirements that the companies demand such as EXPERIENCE. How can a freshly graduate be experienced if not provided with the job opportunity? The companies need to lower their demands and the employment rate will increase automatically. Another factor that plays an important role in the unavailability of jobs is that the older employees do not leave their jobs until they are 60+.the government needs to work on this and lower the retirement age so that newly graduates can have the chance to get the job opportunity. Another problem with the companies is that they provide these unpaid internships and the excuse is providing the so called experience. A student spends his wealth on his education and all he gets is these unpaid internships
In order to reduce the unemployment rate the companies need to lower their requirements, it will be good and benificial for the students. Also the companies should conduct a job searching seminar once in a year so that the job seeker will have a platform full of of job opportunities and also the companies hunting down the excellent minds. On more thing that the government should do is reduce the retirement age so that the companies can hire new employees and promote the older ones on a better rank
