To commence with, one of the main reasons is that more and more people use private cars.If people become as richer,they prefer buy own vehicles,instead of using public transports.For example, in many countries public transportation is not good, not comfortable and also time schedule.So that why people choose their own cars.
Another reasons is poor road service at cities.Road are often narrow and there are not enough parking spaces.This make it hard to move smoothly.
To reduce the problems,there are several things that can help.A major contribution factor is government should improve the transit systems.If that the bus or subway are very cheap,clean and also fast more and more begin to use them instead of drive.Secondly,build like a better roads and cycle path or walking paths. Another solution is police officer should control every mornings and evenings at the busy places like near works,university or school.
