The majority of universities have to serve students with abilities which will help them to be outstanding employee after they graduate. I totally agree since it supports them to fast adaptation in the workplace and reflects the quality of universities. Skills such as speaking and understanding how to use technology will make you different from other candidates.

Choosing to include the skills that will support students in the professional work is an excellent decision who have done by universities because the skills make students straightforward to adapt in the workplace and maintain their reputation to people. The challenges that will be faced by students when they work are a large of cases that can not be done just by finding the answer in the book such us what they did in the class. Therefore, giving opportunity to student to enrich their skills such us through internship program is needed so that they can learn some skills when they try to solve real problems at the workplace. Additionally, commonly people judge the quality of universities from their graduate ability so to make great graduates universities offer a lot of trainings to enhance students skills which make them more prepared with issues that are in the workplace.

To commence with, a large number of employers will hire people who have enormous speaking ability and likely at using technology. Those are not only for specific job that connects with many people or utilizes technology when they work, but also other jobs whic we know that sepaking skill will make communication easier between people in the team and skill of use technology either computer or smartphone will make their work more effective. To exemplify, the essential skill for a marketing staff is speaking due to they need to encourage people to order their products. However, in this digital era instead offering products to random people, some marketers do some researchs based on the data to know who is fascinated with their products. Consequently, the result from their research can support the to appeal people to purchase their product.

Overall, I firmly contend that universities need to give the ability that will essential to make their graduates succeed in the professional work since it has positive impacts such us making their gradutes fast to adapt and controling their reputation. The most skills which impresse to the employers are speaking skill and holding use technology ability.
