To handle these problems, authorities set high fees for throwing litters. When there is high fees for throwing rubbish to water, people avoid such activities and water can be enhanced. Furthermore it vital that improving public awareness about consequences of worsening water and importance of recycling. If recycling become common around the world, humans may stop such things and start recycling plastics. Additionally, government may set heavy fines to companies or to factories which waste water or pollute water.
