Nowadays it is common that people face with a problem about getting their own houses due to various factors. There can be offered programs and contributions in funds from government to get rid of such issue.
Unemployment could be tremendous drawback to housing and architecture. Loosing jobs and extinction of it by different causes are an acceleration to the undermining of pros of architecture sphere. Specifically, due to the Artificial Intelligence there are disappearance of many professions day by day that lead to the unemployment, which in turn occur a trouble with purchasing own house. Furthermore, not all countries could have a moderate and considerable state of economic. Some countries have marginal financial value, which has enormous opportunity to make a problem even worse. For instance, Africa and other countries that can not support their economy due to position in geopolitics along with other reasons.
A problem with architecture and housing has a lot of options to let themselves to stand with getting off from issues, and for example we can talk about programs and contributions in funds from government. Despite the fact that our problem is in a huge sizes and is truly impossible to get rid of totally, programs and contributions from government have a chance to help a little bit. By creating programs and contributing them we will give chances to them, who are in uncomfortable situation struggling with an obstacle of getting house. To sum up, in my aspect the majority of problems are unemployment and economic state. For the ways to reduce issues with confirming of house there are in need to be created programes with contributions from government in a way to do better to housing and architecture.
