Having considerably grown in popularity in the course of a decade, fast food is the conspicuous element of this contemporary era. A worldwide controversy revolving around the discrepancies between this food type and the traditional ones has recently been embarked upon. I am of the identical opinion with a group of individuals who allege that conventional diets can benefit mankind more. These differences are going to be discussed in the following lines.
On one hand, there is a growing tendecy to fast food due to the hectic life of living souls who cannot find sufficient time to cook as well as not being able to get rid of the stress and strains of their oppressive workplace. The image of a man who is whipping up his lunch in his office is a textbook example of this matter. Moreover, swarming with a colossal number of people on weekends, there exist multitudes of posh and lucrative outlets where the public prefer to have a quality time with their friends and family members so as to unwind and relieve the tention of their occupations; however, it’s suggested that this not happen at the cost of their well-being as a result of greasy foods. The exceeding consumption of oily refreshments can result in health hazards like obesity.
On the other hand, traditional meals, being rich and healthy, can creat an occasion on which family members interact with each other. Not only is it an appropriate opportunity to enjoy family time, keeping individuals spirits up, but it also could provide a chance to give each other a helping hand in terms of resolving one’s obstacles. In addition, traditional dishes, as long as cooked perfectly, taste more delicious than their rivals. Richness as well as healthy and natural ingredients definitely bring about sheer health, both phisycally and intellectually. By way of illustration, an employee, consuming a hygienic and conventional meal on a daily basis, enjoys more energy and better cognition prowess than the one who swallows a hot dog in a his scant rest time.
In the light of the aforementioned analysis around miscellaneous divergences of fast food and conventional dishes, I do believe that having an abundance of discrepancies with the former, the latter can be far more beneficial to humanity.
