People usually come across different types of people in day to day life. Some of them are familiar to us, while most of them are random unknown individuals. Human nature is that we judge people quite swiftly whether he is a good person or not. I fundamentally do not think, it is a good idea to judge someone in the first meeting. In this essay, I will elaborate on my views before providing a logical conclusion.
To begin with, the idea of passing judgment on the basis of first meeting is not fair to the person being judged. People are going through a different types of situations. For instance, someone is having a bad day because of work, personal, life or anything in general, and you had the chance of meeting that individual, but he was not really interested in talking to you, so you will automatically judge him as being arrogant, which is unfair to him. Additionally, sometimes people are going through depression, that person will come across as a rude and cold, not because he is like that but due to his mental state. I think public should be given a benefit of doubt due to their situations.
Consequently, sometimes the person infront of you is actually rude and acts just like his personality is, so individuals should be able to differentiate between the actual rude and the one who is acting just because of his situation. To exemplify, a rude and arrogant person will behave like that with everyone around him especially, notice his behaviour with his subordinates like waiters, sweepers etc.,
In conclusion, it is not a good idea to judge someone in just one meeting given the fact that he might be having a bad or suffering from some kind of mental health condition. People should be able to differentiate a rude person, and someone who is getting misjudged.
