Many animal species are becoming endangered due to deforestation, urbanization, and illegal hunting. I believe that protecting animals is important because they play role in maintaining ecosystem balance. To address this problem, governments should protect natural habitats and enforce stricter laws against illegal hunting.
One major reason why protecting animals is important is that they help maintain the balance of ecosystem. This is because every animal plays specific role in the food chain and contributes to the environment. For example, snake eat rat, which help control their population and prevent them from farmer plant damage. If snake disappear, the number of rat may increase significantly and cause serious problem for farmer. As a result, protection animal is crucial to maintain ecosystem balance.
To solve this problem, there are several solutions that governments can take to protect endangered animals. First, governments should establish more protect area to preserve natural habitats. This is because animal need safe area to live, find food and reproduce. For example, Tanjung Puting National Park in the Central Kalimantan provides wildlife conservation for orangutan. Second, governments should enforce strict law against illegal hunting. People who hunt protect animals should receive severe penalties to discourage others from committe similar crime. Consequently, these measures can help prevent animal extinction.
In conclusion, I believe that protect animal is important because they help maintain the balance of ecosystem. Therefore, government should establish more protected areas and enforce stricter laws against illegal hunting to prevent animal extinction
