In thic context, adolescents can take advantage of the presence of these old people to make progress, leading to economic growth of a country if young labors are well informed.
However, a rise in the rate of life expectancy might offer some problematic issues because an increasing need for young workforce to take care of these elderly people. As people grow older, they might require help meet their basic needs, such as eating, walking, taking a shower, and so on. In this case, mostly, thier children have no sufficient time helping them, since they tackle heavy workloads. As a reult, young human resources must be hired to give them a hand; so, society might face with inadequate workforce, as many people believe that there more crucial works to use young labors.
To solve this problem, the government must raise the salary for workers who take the responsibily of taking care of olders. If certain young workers make sure they can earn enough money for livelihood, they are encouraged to be trained to do this job. Consequently, There would not be a lack of workforce, especially, this work duty can be suitable of those who are unemployed and unable to find a satisfactory job in companies and factories.
