Many citizens believe that governments need to give retraining programs a priority in order to provide people with new skills, given the growing automation in a number of industries. Whilst some contend that encouraging entrepreneurship and generating new employment prospects should be the main priorities. From my point of view, I think that goverment should supporting retraining programs in this day and age.
On one hand, retraining programs help employed workers to have more experience and knowledge. As a result, they could work more efficiently as well as improve the profit for the company. For instance, when a small group of workers undertake a project for a new product. If they have more knowledge about marketing, they would advertised the goods successfully and making customers couldn’t resist themselves from buying the tempting product.
On the other hand, supporting entrepreneurship and creating new job opportunities help the unemployment rate in a country decreased. Sudan, for example, have about 60% of population don’t have a job at all. Consequently, this country don’t have a certain improvement in economics. This is a reason why people should start their business as early as they can.
In conclusion, start a new business or have a retrainingprograms have their own benefical impact. Retraining programs help employed workers to have more experience and knowledge. A nation’s unemployment rate can be lowered by encouraging entrepreneurship and generating new employment possibilities. From my perspective, I think that goverment should funding the retraining programs more because this help employment worker gain more experiences. This key will help to improve the economics in a country.
