There is a prevailing notion that learning via internet is on the rise leading to the deterioration in standard learning, This essay attempts to shed light on this perpective before concluding that I partly agree with this tendency
On the one hand, it is understandable that formal education is beneficial to a certain extent. Learning in the classrooms help students gain high productivity in their studies. This is because they might pay more attention on teacher’s lessons or even have more interact between students and educators. As a result, not only will learners deeply understand the lesson but also recieve high score in their exams.
On the other hand, there are two primary reasons as to why I believe that e-learning techniques is advantageous to a certain extent. First of all, this techniques help younger generation enhance their soft skills such as critical thinking, communication, creativity, and problem solving. For example, they could use multitude of apps such as Messenger, chatting and so on to join different groups which could help them make friends and learning from other students by teamwork or documents exchange. Therefore, students have a chance to improve their skills as well as strengthen their friendship circles. Futhermore, learners could enjoy online classes without fees. Some students in poor conditions that they find it hard to afford for all learning costs, so by using smartphone or high tech gadgets they easily to receive documents and free educators. Consequently, more and more people gain knowledge as well as increase human intelligence.
In conclusion, I would contend that computer-based education provides more opportunities for students to gain new skills and have better conditions while studying at school is bringing fewer interactions between students and teachers.
