Nowadays, companies are increasingly adopting asynchronous communications tasks and practices. Asynchronous work has both has pros and cons. I thing that the advantages owerweight disadvantages, and in this essay i will show how.
There are lots some disadvantages, that can show up to the companies proffecionalisms, like potencial co,unication delays and redising teams connections, but they can never beat anvantages.
First, with adopting asynchronous communication tools and practices we can incresed flexibility, time managemant, workers mood that reasons to the wanting to work. Individual would not have to go to the office through the city on the bus that also full of other people. They can choose their time to work by themselfs and the results of this will be rested worker and clean mind.
Second of all, a flexibility at home. Every person fells more comfortoble at home, where he can sit whathewer he want, do whathewer he want, and wer what he want. Of course, there is disadvantages such as redusing team cohesion, but what if the individual is an introvert. A lot of individuals nowadays dont like being in a large companies of people. They feel that other people are eating their energy. For these ones onlain job is the best option. And what about Extraverts, I thing companies should make an option for every situation. If person wants to come to company every day nobody should is stopping him.
In conclusion, there are more advantages from working onlain than advantages, but companies should left a solusion for every tipe of opinion.
