Band 5+: women and men are commonly seen as having diffrrent strengths and weaknesses . is it right to exclude males or femails from certain profeddions because of their gender?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Exploring our society it is obviously that we confrunt with a gender inequality, for many years women fought to emancipate themselves in order to remove patriarchy. Although we can’t avoid that biologically mens are stronger than women, because of their body composition. But this should not serve as a valid point for excluding people from a certain job because of their gender.

First of all, in our era there is no need of physical strength to do a certain job. Modern technology and equipment can serve as a replacement for it. For example, construction are seem to be a job for male because you need a lot of strongness to do it, although there are many women who still work there and doing there job well. In construction the hard part which is carrying something heavy, or digging a huge hole is replaced by crane or tractors, that’s why this statement is wrong that women should not be included in this type of jobs.

Secondly, every person has their personal convictions and they can enjoy doing something despite their gender. For instance, men can work as a kindergarten teacher, and have more empathy than a woman. Kinds are not born with perception that ,,men are more aggressive than woman”, that’s why they do not have a problem if their teacher is a man while are parents who are starting worrying for them, because they think that mens are more easy to get angry. That’s an idea that I really hate because I can’t find a valid argument for it.

To conclude, I disagree with the idea that are jobs that can be done only by a specific gender, since we think we think that he or she will do not manage to do it well because he is a men or she is a women. In fact many leaders who are had held leadership positions were advised secretly by their women’s, because that was a shame.
