Gender inequality is said to have always been a disputable matter, however, in today’s world this issue seems to have gained even more recognition globally. Many females are adamant that their work is highly underestimated. Moreover, they claim they can perform tasks with better track of effectiveness in comparison to men. Therefore, let us examine where do these statements take root from and whether they are truly up-to-date or perhaps not even worth our notice?
Primarily, although women are born as more fragile and tender creatures, they are still able to acquire the skills required for jobs that are thought to be male only. Secondly, I am inclined to believe that one of the most efficient methods to tackle this inequality would be the implementation of suitable law policy. A good illustration of that is the law, that would level salaries for both sexes so that everyone earns as much as they merit regardless of the gender. Consequently, women will no longer be associated with prejudiced narratives, for instance, ”a woman’s place is in the home” and would be treated with more respect and dignity.
