I am writing to complain in about a smart robot Vacuum cleaner I bought from you last week. Due to the fact that I am a loyal customer of yours and I buy all my gadgets from you, I was absolutely dissatisfied with my last purchase.
On Monday June 12, I received the smart robot Vacuum cleaner, I read the instruction manual, I opened the box and I plugged it in. I pressed the button to start the device but to my suprise it did not work. Ι tried again, but to no avail. I rang the sales assistant who sold the gadget to me and explained what had happened. He was very polite and promised he would resolve the issue.
Two hours later, the technician arrived and claimed that my new Smart robot vacuum cleaner had burnt the internal wires and he needed to replaced them but I replied that I definitely wanted a new smart vacuum cleaner instead. I went to the shop in Sparti and demanded to see the manager who gave me your adress to write to.
I strongly believe that this matter will be resolved immediately to my satisfaction. I also required a brand new vaccum cleaner or a full refund. I am waiting for your prompt reply,
