In some countries, there is a huge range of people who prefer to work directly without enrolling in a university. There are some advantages and some drawbacks to consider when a person wants or doesn’t want to continue to study.
In my point of view, it is necessary to continue with the academic courses. Firstly, the university can give a special mindset or problem-solving, quickly resolving complex tasks. For instance, some subjects can help to create new strategies to solve tasks. Secondly, when a person starts a new job (before finishing the university), they have more opportunities to have a higher salary. In fact, companies recognize it by giving more important tasks to these people. However, the time lost going to the academy doesn’t allow the population to have contact with companies directly.
On the other hand, whether a person starts to work without going to college has more years of experience. In fact, people can develop some soft skills faster and can grow in a better way, such as the team-working and solving problems within the established time. Furthermore, the first soft skills given are not teached in some universities, and the second skill is learnt in different ways according to the individual considered.
In conclusion, there are a lot of preferences among people to work directly after High School. From my perspective, it is better to go to the university in order to improve and develop new skills to solve problems that people will meet in their jobs.
