While there is a strong debate about whether to study at university/college or start a job right after school for a bright future, I believe that the former holds true for many people.
One of the reason for my above mentioned claim is that the most people wants to follow a well-structured and planned curriculum in an institute so that they acquire good knowledge and skills in their particular field. Another reason is the provision of learning and growth under the supervision of field experts, which not only enhances the career prospects but also induces social and moral values in people. Additionally, getting education from university gives you better job opportunities in a very competitive job market. Lastly, there are employments where academic qualification matters for induction as well as promotion and salary negotiations. This way, people tend to be more successful in their careers.
On the other hand, the claim that I presented earlier is argued based on following facts. Some people inherit huge amount of money or they financial support from their home such that they start doing business/job right after culmination of high school education. Similarly, parents believe that exploring careers and going through hands-on experience fosters the mind of youngsters which proves to be more fruitful for success in professional lives.
To conclude, my opinion is that acquiring higher education broaden your horizons for a fruitful career as well as usefulness as a member of society as compared to getting job after school.
