No one can deny that one of the challenging effort for any graduate now days is searching for a job, but I find it more challenging between the available employment offers is to find the one which give you better chance to work for a large company other than small one, and to some what extent I agree with this type thinking.
entering in the pool of the huge companies is a dream for every candidate searching for a better future for his career specially if he is considering it to be the first step in his pathway to have his own business. from all sides its will be more beneficial for him to work in like these ones because of course their salary will be more attractive, employees will be mostly covered with good insurance may be together with their families, some amenities are some times provided like having gym and annual races ,this gives the company the soul and feeling of one family team and decreases stresses between colleagues. One the other hand, some times to get promoted its little bit harder to get because of the great competition you will find there.
On the other hardworking for a smaller company shows disadvantages moire than the advantages given the truth that it carries less experience and extent of coverage of their activity in their products and less benefits for the employees. However here you can promote more faster and the reactions between the collegues is usually betterment showing more friendly atmosphere at work based on the limited environment and the extent of work.
In conclusion to what was mentioned above, working for a large organization gives more experience and better chances for future work and growth in career, in the contrary of being with smaller one which gives you fewer advantages in comparison of its disadvantages.
