I am writing to bring your attention towards my luggage which has been lost or misplaced. I recently travelled from San Fransico to Toronto through your airlines (Air Canada) Flight number CA1535. I was arrived on january 10th at 5pm. Upon my arrival I was checked out and waiting in the baggage department; however, I could not find my bag.
Primarily, I reached out to enquiry service department and informed about my lost luggage. I filled complaint as I was requested to do by your employees also, they told me that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Despite my inquiry, it is been three days now; but, I did not hear any response from your side.
I certainly, have provided my details regarding my lost luggage. Therefore, I believe, that I am entitled to claim the compensation where I have agreed upon, while booking the ticket.
