Dear sir

This is me a customer from room 302. I’m not sure that you can remember me or not but I would like to inform you about how great experience I have in this hotel.

First of all is your services from the first impression that make me so impress how you guys serve me a drink or how you taking care of me and my family that really melt my heart and not just that in the day before check out your housekeeper bring me more dry and clean towel after she saw my son go to swimming. I’m really appreciate that. One more thing is about the view from my room that can see a beach so clearly that view is healing me so well.

I want to thank you to a meneger staff and everybody who always taking care of us to make this trip being a perfect trip to spent time with my family. Oh! almost forgot to tell you guys that I have written a review of the hotel on a popular website for tourists to tell everyone how good is this place and I’ll be back here again if we have a chance. Thank you so much.
