In the new day and age of technology, more and more poeple are suffering from stress in countries all over the world. There is not a main cause of this, but in my opinion this increasing number is due to constant pressure from social media.
On one hand, social media has given so many advantages in our life, from making it easier to talk to our friends, finding inspirations, and even a platform to express ourself. However, people are starting to use socia media a bit too much, which might cause them to be jealous of someone’s page or even make them compare theirself to another person. And for some people that can cause insane pressure to be better moreover causing them to be stress and even insecure aabout themself.
Although, this ain’t the cause for all people it is still important to find measures that could tacke this problem. First, we can spread constant positive message on social media, so that people won’t be insecure about theirself. Second, it is vital to limit ourself to the use of social media because too much social media will just only give us constant pressure which eventually leads to stress. Lastly, it is important to give education about social media since a young age, which can lead them to be more mature about the use of social media.
In summary, social media can be a double edge sword if it isn’t use wisely. So to minimize the chances of stress from social media, it is wise to limit ourself, educate ourself and even spread positive words on social media, so that social mediaa can be aa platform where people constantly grow.
