Investing in arts such as music and theatre is worthless; instead, the government should emphasize utilizing money for basic facilities. I show my strong agreement with the statement mentioned above because public life would become prosperous and stress-free. It would also stop migration to other country.
Government is made by the people, so they should always work in favor of their citizens. If the high commission spent their money on such things as providing free education, free health services, free drinking water, electricity, etc, then the public’s lives would prosper and bloom like flowers, which would ultimately leads to a happy and stress free life.
Nowadays, moving to another country to find a better job and education is at its peak. The government should focus on creating opportunities of employment and quality education by investing in and promoting local industries and products, maintaining low tax rates, and hiring high standard educational tutors, due to which the trend of moving to other countries will stop and skilled manpower will be there to develop country. For example, developing countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, etc. have less skilled manpower than developed countries. So the ultimate motto of a country should be serving its members and minimizing movement of people.Public servants residing in high positions in the country should invest in public welfare.
In conclusion, spending money to entertain people seemed useless as it had less impact on their lives. So, the government should be concerned about uplifting the lifestyle of people by dividing a huge amount of budget on their facilities.
