Legal age denoted as adults starts from at the age of 18.Basically the people who are young if they commited crime should not be treaded as adults. To some extend i disagree this point of view though there are some debate on going of this matter which i need to address in the following discussion.
First of all to address the concept,i think the young person who organised any unlawful task cannot be treated as an older person’s act. However sinful behaviour does not seem as a crime if it doesn’t occur intentionally.if young person’s committed any offensive task the punishment criteria have different level than older persons’.In addition, their thought process not same as adult’s one.
To argue that matters, there are some distinct drawbacks. if young or adults did any punishable offences that need to be considered as a crime.Fact check more important than age.Adults and young there is no way to ignore the consequences.Though the age variation sometime lessen the punishment level. In law,at the age of 18 to 21 if any one commited any crime punishment should be lesser than adults one.
To sum up the statement, young people are more frisky than adults one. So,sometime they do not make any iniquity in consent way.So they should not address as a adults person.
