Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received for my laptop. A few days ago I had problems with a software in my computer, and I decided to take it there according to my close friend’s suggestion.

Unfortunately, I am still having problems with the same software. It is not working properly as before. It takes a long time after clicking the program icon. To make the matters worse, some of my important files have disappeared, and my laptop is not supporting other software after updating and reprogramming.

I would like you to take an urgent action, and provide me with a free check up for my laptop. If this cannot be done, I would like a full refund. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
