There is a hardly ending argument that many people consider the wheel as the greatest ever discovery while another set of people believe it is the internet that should get the credit. In my view, both are essential findings where wheel is the bit traditional one and is around us in everyday life which is hard to neglect but internet beats wheel in terms of innovation and cutting-edge technology. For me, it is internet, the winner, for its amazingly innovative features.
Wheel is one of the greatest thing to be ever discovered in the human history that have the mark left in us for centuries now. It is such a essential piece of invention yet relatively simpler than many, guiding and carrying us from one place to another almost every moment, everyday. That is the factor it becomes hard to not consider it in our greatest list of invention. In addition, the wheel now are more sophisticated and still making progress in terms of reliability and technology. However, the relatively simpler one in design that dated back to its finding days carries the same level of significance as of now and it seems like it will keep carrying the same importance in future too.
Arguments are common in invention and technology field; however, I would always express in favour of Internet for its top notch innovative feature. It has changed the living and perception of people that they would not have even imagined the impact it is having now few decades back. One can communicate with closed ones and dearest who live thousands of miles away with almost no effort and in live time. That is why I put it on top of my list. I believe it is the perfect blend of technology, innovation and civilization.
