It is true that in this contemporary world there are many choises in every part of the life. There are significant importances either working in a team or independently. In this essay, I will discuss both of views.
On the one hand there few factors which justify people’s opinion regarding the working in a team. Firstly, it is more efficiently working in a team. For instance, if anybody needs help in solving problem, can reach help of the other team members. In Japan many companies prefer working in a collab. In this way, companies can get good result. In economy it called synergy effect.
On the other hand, I definitely assert that independently working more effective. First and foremost, in this case worker can concentrate to the work more than being in a team. Secondly, if there are any motivation grants worker ought not to deal it with somebody, it would be reach only individual worker.
In conclusion, from my point of view it definitely makes sense. In any case, an attitude always depends on a particular persons’ character, personal circumstances and background. Taking all these point into consideration I would say that, if anybody wants to get good result, must prefer collaborative work with co-workers
