Dear Mr Cooper,

This is Georgia Henry employed as a Sales representative in your company, today I have been writing to you as I want to get enrolled in training that will be held from 21st of August to 10th September.

A few days back, I read an article in the newspaper titled ”Importance of Digital Presence for Global Expansion of Business” that would briefly explain the latest innovations in technology and the ways these could be utilised for expansion in a business.

Consequently, I want you to read about this course and off course if you would find it could assist our company to earn more money than help me for attending lectures there. Please provide me with a vacation from 20th August to 11th September and I would be glad if you could utilise the training funds and provide me with some money for the cost of travelling and the tuition fees, which is $1,000 dollars.

Since I assume it could be a great opportunity to learn about changes and how to effectively utilise the latest technology and develop business techniques, also, it would be an effective way to improvise our techniques of marketing, especially for the brand that we are launching in the upcoming year.
