In the past, men have more domination over women in terms of their characteristics and abilities. Our society give more priority to men as they are the principal earners. But recently this trend has been settled. Men and women both are said to be equal and have their own responsibilities and duties. So i agree that each and every men and women have their own satisfaction in their own jobs and tasks.
As this is the era of modern technology, not only men but women are also reasons behind development of thier creations and of a men. We should not compare any people in terms of their abilities. For example, in social media we see many videos about the jknowledge. Some works are handled by men and some by women. We have listened a quote that every women is behind the success obs of men and women. We compare them in terms of their performance or in other word we are given that men are advised clearly than women in terms of their jobs. We have thought in our mind that women should only focus on their households. What a society we have? We dont know that the food we eat are made by women. They are trying very hard to run their family. But we never expect better from them. When we see a men doing job of manager, we say that he has been given a huge priority to manage his staffs. But when we see a women, we only think that she is doing to run her household.
The way we think about women are completely different from what they tolerate. Our society should be more responsible towards women so that they can get ahead of men in future.
